Interim management: I can step in to temporarily manage your People & Culture team, your Global Mobility team or to cover an HR Business Partner role. 

People & culture strategy: I can support with 

- Creating a People & Culture strategy connected to your business strategy, or      

- Driving the execution of impactful People initiatives (e.g. talent, rewards, DEI, org design, remote working, employee engagement & communication, etc.), or

- Reviewing & optimising existing People processes & policies.

Global Mobility: I can support in reviewing the effectiveness of your Global Mobility function (team set-up, policies, processes, vendor agreements).

Coaching / mentoring: I can offer coaching and mentoring to your HR professionals (generalists and specialists).

About VerdiTre

Why the name VerdiTre?

Deciding on a name for my business, I chose something to reflect what is close to my heart and representative of how I work.

This resulted in VerdiTre, a combination of 2 Norwegian words

Verdi = value; representing personal values, valuing people, creating value

Tre = tree; representing development and growth, connection with nature
